This place makes it easy. You stay in your car while they explain everything that they’re doing and what the process is. They are highly professional, and the actual oil change doesn’t take very long. I’m thoroughly impressed with the people that work here and how the operation is run. Their hiring standards seem to be high. If you go to their website, there is always a discount coupon for an oil change. I highly recommend this place
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Evan, the manager, was easy to talk to and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Mya did an awesome job getting the process started, visually showing all filters that could be changed and was friendly and professional from the beginning. The whole team (James & Phillip) was super quick and thorough, I was in and out faster than expected, but they still took the time to explain everything clearly. Really appreciate the efficiency and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
I got there early, before it opened. The manager came out and aske what service I was there to have. I told him just a regular oil change. He noted that and told me they would be with me shortly. I'm always impressed with the attendants. They are very quick. They are very professional and they let me know exactly what they are doing each step of the way.
