This is my second service at the Valvoline on Crane Street in Schenectady, NY, and I’ve had a great experience both times. Not only do they do quality work, but the employees consistently go above and beyond to explain everything they’re doing and answer any questions I have. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes the process easy. Valvoline is lucky to have such a great team!
Always a great experience, even with 2 separate lines I was in the garage in 15 min this weekend. I get ALL my oil changes and inspections here, plus rear diff fluid. I usually come here on a lunch break from work during the week and still have time left over, plus I learn a little something each time. Good shop, good people
Dear Manager Carlos, I am writing to share my positive experience during my first visit to your Valvoline location in Schenectady. I checked the reviews beforehand and noticed the high ratings, and my visit certainly lived up to those expectations. The service was very quick and efficient. I also want to mention that the manager was very kind and professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to coming here again. Best regards, Victoria
