Professional and friendly staff, good quality service. Usually relatively busy but they're efficient and get thru the cars. Was 4th in line when I arrived, but was done in about an hour. Of course they go through the regular sales routine for extra up sells, but they're not pushy about it. Have had seen a number of the same techs there over the last year plus, so that's nice to see some experienced regular employees.
Great service. Friendly. They let me know the wait time right away, which I appreciate. They replaced my headlights without telling me the price. Not a big deal, and I could have stopped them to confirm, but I was surprised they didn't make sure before doing that. I'll definitely return.
I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline in Burien! The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I really appreciated how they walked me through everything they were doing and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The service was quick but still thorough—they checked all the basics like fluids, tire pressure, and even my lights, which gave me extra peace of mind. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service and doing a good job. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and honest oil change, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my next service!
