I brought in my 2018 Audi Q5 for an oil change, and other places had turned me away for same-day service just because it’s a European car. Javed didn’t hesitate — he went above and beyond to make it happen for me. Not only did he take care of the oil change quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to clearly explain everything about my car in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or talked down to. He was super considerate and even checked on a few other things to make sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell he works really well with his teammates too — the whole process felt smooth and organized. Most importantly, he was just a genuinely good guy who cares about his customers.
