Had a fantastic service! Very informative I appreciate they let me know what they are doing at every step. My only complaint is they don’t put when I’m due for my next oil change. They tell me if I come in within an X amount of miles they will top it off If needed.

????? I got my oil changed here yesterday, and the staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They got my oil changed quickly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They even offered us water while we waited, which was a thoughtful touch. I was highly impressed with the level of customer service and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be returning for future service! And they offer military discount!

I had a fantastic experience at this Take 5 Oil Change. I came in for an oil change before a road trip, and the team went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready. Myrrah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain the maintenance recommendations, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and even let me know about the free fluid top-offs and tire pressure checks between oil changes. During the inspection, they noticed my air intake boot was cracked. Instead of just pointing it out, they explained what it was, showed me the damage, and let me know it wasn’t an emergency but should be replaced. I was able to pick up the part, came back, and Aiden installed it for me the same day so I could leave on my trip with peace of mind. Mishante was excellent also. Team is in photo. I really appreciated how honest, patient, and helpful everyone was. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary repairs—they explained what was important, what could wait, and made sure I understood everything. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a team that genuinely cares about helping people. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
