Wow, what an absolute relief it was to find J&C. My work van has been making this awful grinding noise for a month, and as a plumber, I can't afford to have my vehicle sitting in a shop for weeks. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and told them my situation. They figured out it was a bad wheel bearing and some worn out suspension parts in like ten minutes. They ordered the parts right away and had me back on the road by Wednesday afternoon. The price was really fair and they didn't try to tack on a bunch of hidden fees at the end.

I am still staring at my truck in the driveway because I cannot believe how good it looks! The factory clear coat on my 2012 pickup was completely failing. The hood and the roof looked terrible, with giant white peeling patches everywhere. It was starting to get really embarrassing to drive it to client meetings for my business, but I really didn't want to take on a new car payment just because the paint was ugly. I stopped by J&C to see what a custom paint job would run me. The owner was awesome. Instead of trying to upsell me on a crazy expensive multi-stage show car paint, he suggested a really durable, factory-match single stage paint that fit my budget perfectly. He explained that since it's a work truck, this paint would hold up great against chips and scratches. We decided to go with a deep metallic grey instead of the original white, just to give it a fresh look. They stripped all that failing clear coat off, prepped the body, and even fixed a few minor dents on the tailgate that I didn't even ask them to do! The paint is so glossy and thick, it literally looks like wet glass. People have actually stopped me at the gas station to ask what year my truck is because they think it's brand new. They did an amazing job and saved me from having to buy a new truck.
