I was really impressed with my experience here! The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain everything I needed for my car. They finished the work ahead of schedule and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
This business was respectful, thorough, honest, quick & efficient. They gave me a great price for a VSSI test (vehicle safety systems inspection) for my salvaged title car. One of—if not the best—price in town for a VSSI test! Also, other shops were saying it would take 2-3 hours to do this test and this shop was able to complete it in 1 hour since it wasn’t too busy. I was also very impressed with their honesty as they informed me *before* doing the test that my front windows couldn’t be tinted or my car would fail the test. This was very kind of them as some places would have just taken my money for the test and failed me off the bat for the tinted windows, but this place didn’t :) They even said they could fit me in for the test that same day after I got the front window tint removed at a nearby tint shop. This was very convenient since I didn’t have to come back a different day. As a result, my car ended up passing with flying colors thanks to their heads-up about not having tinted front windows. The only downside of the shop that I have to say is that the location of the shop isn’t that great as there are some unhoused persons who like to walk around across the street, but they weren’t too close to the shop so I just kept an eye on them and it was fine, just keep that in mind. Overall it was a great experience, I got what I needed for a great price, quick turnaround, and with honest people! Keep up the good work :)
The brake light on the passenger side of my RAV 4 was not working. I suspected a burned out bulb and picked up some fresh ones at O'Reilly's. Anticipating an easy job, I installed a fresh bulb on the passenger side, tested it, and it worked fine. I decided to install the 2nd new bulb on the driver side, tested it, and it also worked fine. After re-installing both light receptacles into their respective lens assemblies, I tested the brakes and neither of the bulbs were working. I continued to work on them for almost an hour and got intermittent illumination sometimes both and sometimes either the right or left side bulbs. Finally I drove the vehicle over to the professionals at Meineke. At first a fault in the wiring harness was suspected. It was finally determined that I had installed the new bulbs without observing proper polarity, thus preventing them from functioning as designed. The technicians at Meineke were professional and competent.They restored my vehicle to a safe, legal, and roadworthy condition in a timely manner. Also they were respectful by not poking too much fun at me for being unable to install light bulbs correctly. Lol!
