I was passing through town and stopped in an hour before close for an oil change. The two guys working at that time were fantastic. The technician was super kind and helpful, and the manager in the office was also really kind and even went out of his way to order a part from nearby to be delivered immediately so they could do the service that same day. They were really efficient and helpful, and went above and beyond!
Came in for oil-change/tire-roration and dealt with John. I had an ‘online coupon’ that he couldn’t find in the system…but he made it work. No questions asked. I was in and out in a timely fashion and my car is old…and they found some ‘issues’…but didn’t try to ‘hard sell’ me at all. John walked me thru the things that were ‘priority’ but let me make my own decision. I also watched him answer phones and deal with ‘front desk’ while busy …always super professional. Thank you John and crew. I truly appreciate your work, and being cool and honest. I’ll be back? Signed…tattoo guy?
Wow. Michael was absolutely wonderful and we thrilled with his work. We are on a roadtrip when our check engine light turned on and our car started acting weird. Michael squeezed us in right before close, identified the issue quickly and went above and beyond solving it so we could get back on the road. Because it’s Saturday, we would have been stuck in the Springs til Monday, since all the shops are closed Sunday. And he managed to cut us a deal on labor. We really appreciated this, highly recommend!!
