They were very helpful. It was an vehicle inspection for Uber, but Uber didn't like the first report because one letter was darker than the others, so they would not accept it. The person at the desk completely rewrote it, which I really appreciate. Uber had no problem with the rewrite.
Had a very good experience here. Unlike other auto places I felt that my car received great care, and I was NOT pressures into purchasing more service. Staff was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. Brian provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Meineke for your car needs as I plan on returning to this location.
I've come to this location several times as they're near my neighborhood, and they've always taken good care of me. They seem to have a history of bad reviews, but Brian has always been super kind to me and most recently JT and his team did a great job replacing my brake pads and rotors and were very kind in the process. Perhaps the new guard over here is worth giving a chance considering so many of their bad reviews are several years old.
