Really good communication. Gave me all of my options as far as what work needed to be done and how much it was going to cost me. I was given a chance to do part of the work pay for that and then make an appointment for the other half to be done. Overall a really good experience I really appreciate Guy. He was super helpful and I feel like on point with everything.
Great experience here at Meineke in Holyoke. I was having car trouble and called them early in the morning. They said bring the car right in! My car was done the same day - took them about 4 hours to do the repairs on my car. Very respectful and polite people. I definitely recommend.
My son's car broke down on the interstate and he was able to limp it to the nearest repair shop, which happened to be Meineke. It was a Sunday night, so I drove an hour to pick him up and we left the car there. All I could tell from looking the car over was that he had some sort of coolant leak so we didn't want to take a chance driving it another hour. I called Meineke as soon as they opened the next day and talked to Guy. I told him the situation and he told me they'd check it out as soon as they could get to it. Barely an hour later he called and told me that it was a belt that had come off, so it would be an easy repair. I told him to go ahead with the repair, and another hour later he called back to tell me the car was good to go. New belt on and tested! We drove down and picked it up. We were prepared for the worst,and they could've really taken advantage of us, but they were honest, professional, fast, and very reasonable with the price of the repair! All in all, a great experience! Thank you Guy and Meineke!
