My experience at this location on St Charles ROck road, was outstanding!!!!! Service was top tier. No exaggeration. The manager Andy is simply awesome, I am not kidding. I would recommend this location to anyone. I was at a crunch with time. He got me in and out!!!!!!! His mechanics were pleasant and very helpful as well. I was referred to this location by another business right down the street, that does the same type of work. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I will be back Andy. lol
Andy abd Bobby, were awesome. When I drove up, Bobby was in the bay and right away headed towards the main lobby to make sure someone was in there to help me. Andy was very helpful. I had just drove 2 hours to dropoff someone at the airport. As I was heading back I could tell something was wrong. Their “Check Engine Light” Service bay was perfect for my situation. Andy checked my oil and sure enough it was low. He topped me off and I was on my way out of there in no time at all! It was excellent service with wonderful attitudes and smiles at 5 p.m. after a long day for them. Thanks!
