All three of the people who helped me - the two young guys at the front desk and the tech - were SO kind and professional! They really made me feel taken care of after a really rough day. I could tell they cared, and that is hard to find these days. Good people at this location!
I was in Las Vegas on a trip in a car I had just purchased. When all of the sudden my dash lit up with warning lights and my emergency brake engaged on its own and I couldn’t drive. I was able to google a solution to manually disengage the brake and I drove straight to the first brake shop I found on maps. I’m glad I did Leonar was immediately out getting my information and checking out the issue. Everything he recommended was the fix. He had to overnight the parts that were needed and as soon as they were there they were immediately installed. A breakdown of any kind when traveling is devastating but i was lucky i stoped in and taken care of so well.
Karen is the best in all meinekes ive been to. Staff is efficient and understanding. Understood everything we needed done and Karen makes the best company while we waited for our car.And karen made sure pur car was done quick and right
