The staff was honest and answered all questions about the appointment. Being able to book online saved time. The office manager Karen was fantastic! As was the techs that worked on my truck. I will definitely be going back in 5000 miles.
I had a really good experience at Meineke. I originally came in for a major repair, and when I had a follow-up issue about a month later, I brought my car back in. The team took the time to walk through everything with me, and the manager, Karen, in particular was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. She listened to my concerns, reviewed the situation carefully, and made sure everything was handled fairly. I really appreciated the level of communication and the willingness to make things right without any hassle. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their work, which goes a long way. I’d definitely recommend this location and will be coming back in the future.
