While I was at Meineke to get my oil change and get my check engine light diagnostic, I was provided with good customer service. Jonathan worked up front while I was there, and he answered all my questions about the check engine light and the process for the diagnostic and potential repair. He also provided me with a quote for suggested repairs in case I wished to get anything else done at a later date. Hansen was also able to fix everything on my car after the diagnostic showed what the problem was, and even with the oil change, the diagnostic, and fixing my car, I was in and out in a much shorter time than I anticipated. It left me extra time to get ready to go out too so I can definitely say it was a good experience.

But, as a woman we were educated schooled on why it happens and how to rectify the issue. She is AWESOME! Daniel your a relationship builder and made it very comfortable in a positive manner. My car is a Fiat 124 Spider. I was having to take it across town to Henderson for service. Meineke told me they could service the car for any issue and they’re only a mile away. They just performed service plus two repairs and all turned out perfectly. Thanks Meineke.
