This was the first time i went to the Meineke Car Care Center in Jersey City, Kennedy Blvd. I needed two tires and to reattach some panels underneath the vehicle. I made an appointment, was right on time. The manager was quick, efficient and friendly. They got me in and out in no time and even recommended an amazing Dominican Restaurant while I waited on the corner. I love the service and would trust them with my vehicle going forward and highly recommend them and the Dominican restaurant ?.
I had an awesome experience at Meineke! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and transparent about everything. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle in detail and provided a clear estimate before starting any work. The service was completed on time, and my car is running perfectly. I truly appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and customer care. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but this location definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service!
