My work van broke down in New Haven CT on our way to Wayne NJ and I had to get it towed to a shop close to my job. I use Meineke back home so I had it towed to this location over night. Steve answered when I called the next day and he was super friendly and professional. He said he would take care of my van right away and eased all my worries. He was able to get my van fixed the same day at a very reasonable price. I was worried about using a shop I never used before but Steve took such good care of the situation it left a small impact to my business which could have been way worse. I wish I live closer to this shop because I would use them for my whole fleet. Thanks Hawthorne Meineke and Steve!
I had such a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center and had to share. I came in without an appointment and was taken right away, no waiting at all. They inspected my car on the spot, clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and made me feel comfortable moving forward. I was able to leave my car and come back not long after, and it was already done. My car is running beautifully now. A big thank you to all the guys at Meineke for taking care of me and giving me such a fair price. I truly appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and great service. Highly recommend! Thank you Melissa
