Ben at Lombard Meineke was great to work with. From the moment I called, he was efficient and helped me find tires that actually fit my budget without making it complicated. I have an electric vehicle and wanted something specific. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful in showing me the differences between the tire options for an EV. He was open and humble in the process. Communication was clear the whole time, and he got everything done quickly. Overall it was a really smooth, positive experience. I felt taken care of and would definitely go back.
THE BEST PRICE FOR A VEHICLE INSPECTION. Only $60 ??? I called 17 places and I’m so happy I ended up at Meineke. And they were thorough too!! They gave me a very detailed rundown of what is right, and the only 2 iffy things that were wrong. Give them your business 100% ?
The team at this location are outstanding. I came in for an oil change and routine inspection. Even though I was late for my appointment, they helped me right away. They took the time to explain everything they recommended in a way I (not a “car person”) could understand, answering all of my questions patiently and kindly. They ordered a windshield wiper for me that they didn’t have in stock. It took a little longer to arrive than they anticipated and I wasn’t able to wait. I came back a few hours later and they were outside replacing it before I had time to ask. I was literally there for less than a minute. Overall great experience for the generally mundane task of getting your oil changed! Anyway, I highly recommend Meineke on Lombard for oil changes and other car things!
