I was able to come in and get my car checked with no hassle. Kaleb, the general manager at the Burnet location was able to tell me exactly what was happening with my car and found the best price possible for me. When I felt overwhelmed by the cost, he gave me options and was very kind when I was feeling incredibly stressed. Kaleb was very communicative with updates and overall one of the best car shop experiences. Highly recommend this shop— Kaleb rocks!

So I had it checked at Meineke onI got there at 730. By 8:00 the car was in the air. He realized what was wrong and told me, then gave me my options. The car was under warranty. He helped me file a claim, because it was basically a nice used car, which was still under a brief warranty. This took about 30 minutes of his time.
