The manager of this shop really knows how to treat the customer right. After a couple busy days at the shop, and having to reschedule my appointment, they completed my oil change and tire rotation free of charge. Very professionally run.
Meineke was great to deal with, Silver Rock on the other hand would get zero stars. To many Items that needed repair where denied by Silver Rock. Not happy with Carvana for missing these items during there 150 point inspection.?To bad because Carvana and Silver Rock are definitely not driving me happy. Took delivery on March 20 and Escape was in the shop 4 days later.Thanks Eric
5 stars. Brought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in for an AC issue and the team was very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the diagnosis, answer all my questions, and walk me through the repair process. Customer service was great and they treated my vehicle with care. Definitely appreciated the honesty and communication throughout everything. Highly recommend.
