My change oil light in my car was getting hard to ignore despite me wishing it would go away lol. I decided to give Meineke a chance, and I was thoroughly impressed. I showed up late to an appt ,but they were still able to accommodate me w/i an hour. They even let me borrow a charger while I waited. I’ll be back soon for more work.
These guys are awesome. Honest work at a reasonable price. Their diagnostic tools and method of communicating your service options with detailed photos is top notch and super transparent. I’ll definitely be back for future service needs. Highly recommend this shop!
I had a good experience at Meineke. I brought my car in for an inspection, and they performed a very thorough and detailed check of the vehicle. They clearly explained the issues they found and the possible repair options without pressuring me at all. In the end, I personally decided not to move forward with the repair there, but the quote they gave me was very fair and reasonably priced. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.
