Amazing communication from diagnostic to quote to service completion. Replace our power steering rack and pinion, no complains. Dalton was very professional and communicated at every step of the way. Would highly recommend!
Absolutely great people! I brought my daughters car there because I was concerned about her brakes and when i was on my way there a picked up a nail in my tire which they fixed for me. I am always skeptical about shops and think that they are going to tell me that I need things that I don’t. Dalton put the car on the lift and Nate pulled all the tires off and showed me that I did not need brakes. What I was probably feeling when I was braking. I closed out with Angie for the tire repair. These are the most honest people ever. They are like the neighborhood mechanic shops back in the day. I highly recommend them.
I always have a lot of anxiety when I go to get my car serviced but not this time. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Service was quick and explained to me thoroughly. I was surprised Angie isn't the owner because she takes great pride in this business and how she represents it. I will not go anywhere else; this is my new place.
