Cindy and the team were wonderful my first time to that location and Cindy gave me history of the location I had not known and went out of her way to tell me about everything. Service was great brakes are running smoothly.
The manager Cindy was very helpful in getting me a fair price for the repairs and the work was done and seems good. The car drives better and the necessary repair were done on date agreed upon. I left the car and didn’t see the techs at work however I feel they did a great job. I will be back..
First time there after having my car serviced by the dealership I bought it from for the last 5 years, and my oil change (& complimentary tire rotation) service was done right. The price was a bit higher than other places that I saw online, but considering Meineke is a full-service shop, and not a “jiffy”-type place, it was to be expected. The only issue I had was that the tech who did my oil change did not know how to clear the service reminder on my dash. To be fair, I didn't either, and I'm sure they work on many different types of cars and the procedure is different on all of them, but when I got home it took me literally 30 seconds to find a YouTube video explaining the procedure, and less time to actually do it. All in all, I'm satisfied with my Meineke experience so far, and would recommend them.
