I had an excellent experience with Nem at Auburn Auto Services. From the start, he took the time to ask about my vehicle’s history and made sure to avoid any unnecessary repairs or charges. I really appreciated the transparency—he even provided photos to show exactly what was going on with my car. Nem and his team changed my oil, checked my transmission fluid, and repaired my catalytic converter, and everything was done with care and professionalism. My vehicle is running incredibly smooth now. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, especially with so many places overcharging or recommending unnecessary work. Nem made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be returning to Auburn Auto Services for any future needs.

This is best mechanic Shop in Sacramento and I’d like to tell you why; I’ve worked with Auburn Auto professionally and personally, and one thing that I can tell you is the Owner Nam is an amazing person and operates from a place of love and integrity. He treats his employees and colleagues with Dignity and respect. I’ve witnessed this company consistently take care of the people in their community, provide excellent service, and that’s why I love to spend my money here. I came to Auburn Auto Services (AAS) for a warranty repair and software update on my 2024 VinFast VF8 Plus, a Vietnamese imported EV. AAS had just become one of a few dozen “VinFast Authorized Service Centers” in the U.S., and my car was among the first in their shop. It was my first visit, and I was impressed with how clean and organized the shop was. Everyone I met was polite and attentive. The owners, Mr. Nam Truong and Mr. Tri Tran, were very professional. They let me tour the shop and answered all my questions and concerns about my EV's repair issues. My car stayed overnight at the shop because the software update took several hours. I really appreciated the feedback from technician Trevor about his work on my VF8 and his willingness to learn and work with a new EV brand. Client advisor, Ms. Ty, helped me understand the collaboration between the AAS team and RepairWise, an online EV repair service contracted by VinFast for diagnostics and logistics. She also addressed my concerns about the availability of VinFast parts should I need them for my car in the future. A few weeks later, I returned to drop off my 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum for diagnostics and a possible repair. I told Mr. Truong that the Murano’s “check engine” light had been on for a few months and that the car was due for its annual smog check for DMV registration. He called me a few hours later to tell me I could pick up the car and that there would be no cost. I thought he was joking, but he explained that Mr. Tran had inspected my car and found a crack in the engine air intake hose. Mr. Truong told me I could just buy the part and easily replace it myself to save money. I am glad I've found Auburn Auto Services, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.
