After several bad alignment experiences at other shops, Custom Alignment finally fixed my 2017 Tesla Model X correctly. They properly diagnosed and corrected the alignment, and after their work my car drove straight again and my Full Self-Driving behavior returned to normal. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood how to handle a vehicle that other shops failed to align properly. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the time they took to do it right. Highly recommended.
If you have a car with modified suspension this is the spot. Took my 2017 Honda Accord Coupe in to get 4 tires replaced and a custom alignment performed. I’m a bit picker than the average person with alignments and these guys took care of me. The tech working on my car had me test drive it before I left to make sure I was happy with how the car drove, which shows me that they care about the work they do. Really refreshing considering I’ve tried many alignment shops and they’ve left me unsatisfied. My car drives straight as an arrow and feels great with my new tires. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for! Highly recommend this shop.
? These Guys are Craftsmen - My 2018 Ram 3500 Cummins 6.7 Proves It. ? I brought my truck in on March 19th for a Hunter Road Force balance and tire rotation. What other shops couldn’t accomplish, Joe and his team nailed on the first visit. Several months later, my heavy-duty diesel still rides like it’s floating. In my experience, what sets Custom Alignment apart isn’t just the equipment — though the Hunter Road Force balancer and the precision they bring to using it are the real deal. It’s that they actually care. Ask a technical question and they don’t just answer it they walk you through and show exactly what they’re doing and why. What became apparent is their decades of experience and passion in what they do. The front desk staff was professional, timely, and genuinely attentive. And, the truck was ready on time, as promised.
