Thank you Mike & Alicia for your wonderful team work & service. We had long standing idle issue with our 1996 Toyota RAV4 that other mechanics couldn’t fully resolve despite multiple attempts and repairs. This shop took the time to properly diagnose the root cause instead of guessing. Mike identified an issue with the cooling system (thermostat and coolant temperature sensor), explained everything clearly, and completed the repair professionally. The car now drives smoothly again, even after a full warm-up and longer drives. What stood out most was the communication, honesty, and attention to detail. The shop is clean, organized, and works by appointment, which we really appreciated. Pricing was fair, and they were willing to work with us. After several frustrating experiences elsewhere, it was a relief to finally find someone who could fix the problem correctly. Highly recommend.
