Arrival & Front Desk Check-In — Check-In First Parking Instructions: Upon arrival, pull your vehicle directly up to the main hotel entrance under the front canopy and use the temporary loading zone. Check-In Location: Proceed into the lobby and visit the Front Desk with your OCRA/OTA booking confirmation and vehicle license plate number. Validation: The front desk agent will verify your reservation and record your vehicle details in the daily parking log. Parking: After check-in, park your vehicle in any open space in the main uncovered parking lot surrounding the property. Once parked, return to the lobby to board the airport shuttle. Park in any open space in the main uncovered parking lot surrounding the property, then return to the lobby to board the airport shuttle. The shuttle runs every hour on the half-hour to the airport. Designated Parking & Towing Policy: You must park in a designated parking spot or you may be subject to towing at your own expense. Please verify that your vehicle is properly positioned within a designated parking stall before boarding the shuttle.
