Parking Instructions

Please report to the Valet Parking entrance at 136-20 38th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (located on 38th Ave between Main Street and 138th St – we will be on the right-hand side just before the stop sign). Guests must present the QR code for their reservations upon check-in with the Valet. Prepaid fee is based on sedan vehicles. SUVs incur an additional $5 daily charge, and oversized vehicles incur an additional $10 daily charge, payable directly at checkout. This discounted rate is exclusive to Way.com and will not be honored onsite. The drive-up rate may be 25–40% higher. Only one reservation will be honored per customer. Extensions/Overstays must be paid to the lot directly based on the applicable daily rates. Please remove valuables from your vehicle. The facility and Way are not liable for lost or stolen items. Garage is not responsible for mechanical failures or flat tires. Garage will not accept vehicles with breathalyzers. SHUTTLE FILLS UP FASTER. If the shuttle is full, the customer must wait an hour for the next shuttle. The property and Way will not be responsible for customers who take alternate transportation and will not pay for their cost. The shuttle operates once an hour, 30 minutes past the hour, starting at 6:30 AM (example: 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM). This lot has a height restriction of 7 feet 7 inches. Note: This location operates Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM, and Saturday–Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
