Check-In Instructions: 1 - Drive to the main entrance and follow the signs to the check-in/front desk area. 2 - Show your reservation confirmation and provide your vehicle details to the onsite staff. 3 - After check-in, a valet attendant will take your keys and securely park your vehicle. Please do not self-park unless directed by staff. 4 - Proceed to the shuttle pickup area to board the complimentary airport shuttle, operating every 30 minutes from 6:00 AM–11:00 PM. Return Instructions: 1 - After arriving at MCO Airport, go to the Ground Transportation level. 2 - Wait at the following pickup locations: Terminal A: A11–A13 Terminal B: B11–B13 Terminal C: C277/C278 3 - Look for a white or black shuttle marked “Action Car Rental,” “NU,” and “Global Park Fly.” Overnight Parking Instructions 1 - The facility is not staffed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 2 - For overnight drop-off during these hours, place your vehicle keys in the designated lockbox. 3 - Airport transportation is not provided between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Customers must arrange their own transportation to the airport.
