The MET3 Parking Garage, located in the Met 3 Parking Garage at 250 SE 3rd Avenue, Miami, FL 33131, offers a stress-free Port of Miami parking experience.

You can park from 7:30 AM on the day of your cruise. We're closed outside of sailing dates. If your embarkation window is earlier than 11:00 AM, please call the parking office beforehand to inquire about accommodation or alternative arrangements. A minimum stay of three days is required, and a maximum of four passengers per vehicle/reservation is permitted.

Upon arrival, we recommend dropping off all passengers and luggage at the cruise terminal before proceeding to the parking garage. Then drive to MET3 Parking Garage, 250 SE 3rd Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. You can also find the complete address and driving directions in your reservation confirmation or click "View Map" above to view the location.

Note: Parking is available exclusively for Port of Miami cruise passengers.

Parking Instructions

Upon entering the Garage, please make two quick left turns and continue on to the 7th level, and look for the PREMIER CRUISE PARKING SIGNS on the ceiling. There you'll meet the attendant. DO NOT PARK WITHOUT CHECKING WITH THE ATTENDANT ON THE 7th FLOOR. Please note: make sure to remove your personal belongings and do not leave any valuables visible in your vehicle. While security measures are in place to prevent any theft, Premier Cruise Parking is not liable for any lost or stolen items. A three-day minimum stay is required, and a maximum of four passengers per vehicle/reservation is allowed. The facility accepts pay-at-lot payments via cash or credit card only.
