Parking Instructions

Customers are advised to check in at the front desk to present the confirmation emails and collect the hang tags and fill up the details (License Plate & Customer Name) prior to parking their vehicle at this lot.

Please do not leave any valuables, personal items, or car keys in the vehicle. Extended Stay America Hotels is not responsible for items lost or stolen.

This lot does not offer a free shuttle service at this time. But the airport is only a short Uber or Lyft ride away. We've adjusted the price to make up for your rideshare cost.

Please Note: Customers are kindly advised to inform the hotel directly about any reservation extensions or date changes to avoid the risk of vehicle towing from the lot.

Note: RVs and trailers are not permitted at this location. Only standard passenger vehicles are allowed for parking.

The Front Desk operates from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon–Fri) and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends (Sat–Sun). If a customer is unable to collect their parking tag outside these operating hours, they must contact us to report that their vehicle is parked without a tag, and we will notify the parking lot accordingly.

Important Notice for Customers: If you are unable to obtain a hang tag from the front desk upon arrival, please ensure you place a printed copy of your booking confirmation clearly visible on your vehicle dashboard. Failure to display a hang tag or a printed confirmation may result in your vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
