Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Customers are advised to check in at the front desk to present the confirmation emails and collect the hang tags and fill up the details (License Plate & Customer Name) prior to parking their vehicle at this lot. If you are arriving out of operating hours, please be ready to place a printed copy of the confirmation email on your vehicle dashboard so that the vehicle is not towed away. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time prior to your flight. At this time, this parking facility DOES NOT offer a free shuttle service to the Airport, but you can easily take an Uber/Lyft ride to reach the terminal quickly. To help offset the cost of your transportation, we have discounted the parking rates.

Please Note: Customers are kindly advised to inform the hotel directly about any reservation extensions or date changes to avoid the risk of vehicle towing from the lot.

Note: RVs and trailers are not permitted at this location. Only standard passenger vehicles are allowed for parking. Important Customer Notice If you do not receive a hang tag at the hotel front desk (front desk is closed at the time of arrival), place a printed copy of your booking confirmation visibly on your dashboard. Failure to display either may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Reservation Extensions: If you extend your reservation online, please call the hotel front desk or our Customer Support to ensure the extension is communicated to the parking facility and avoid potential towing.
