Reaching the parking lot
Enter this location at 1 Bell Slip, New York, NY 11222. The entrance to the parking area is located off West Street, near the intersection with Bell Slip in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. From I-278 (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway), take the Meeker Ave exit toward McGuinness Blvd, then head north on McGuinness Blvd and turn left onto Greenpoint Avenue. Continue straight until you reach West Street, turn right, and then left onto Bell Slip. The entrance to the lot will be on your right, marked with clear parking signs for easy access.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 7' 0". A fee of $10 will be applied at checkout at the garage if you need to use an EV charger. A fee of $25 will be applied at checkout at the garage if you parked a "Supersize" vehicle, defined as any vehicle or truck that is greater than or equal to 200" in length or a height greater than 72". There is an oversized fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65" and 75" in height and over 180" in length, or any vehicle taller than 75".
