Reaching the Lot

The lot can be accessed directly from North Clarendon Avenue. Drivers traveling via N Lake Shore Dr can exit toward Irving Park Rd and head west before turning onto Clarendon Avenue, while those coming from N Broadway can turn east onto W Irving Park Rd and proceed toward Clarendon. The entrance is located along the 3900 block of N Clarendon Ave with posted signage for guidance.

Parking Instructions

Set your GPS to 3923 N Clarendon and turn right to enter the surface parking lot. Spots 1 -12 are the first spaces immediately on your right. Look for the numbers on the brick wall of the neighboring mid-rise building. Pull all the way forward and center your vehicle in front of a number. Please note: Clarendon becomes a 2 - Way Street with access from Irving Park Road when Broadway is closed for parades and events. Please refer to the photos for additional guidance.
