Arrival Instructions Step 1: Pull your vehicle up to the main front entrance of the hotel under the porte-cochere (large awning). Step 2: Head to the Front Desk with your reservation details and your license plate number to check in. Step 3: The agent will provide you with a parking voucher and specific instructions on where to park within the secured lot. Departure Instructions Request Pickup: Once you have collected your luggage at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), call the hotel at +1 713-943-7979 to request a pickup. Pickup Point: Proceed to the ground transportation area outside of Baggage Claim. Look for Curb Zone 3, Area 4 which is the designated zone for hotel and off-airport parking shuttles. Identification: Board the shuttle clearly marked with the Houston Marriott South logo. Checking Out: No separate checkout process is required as your stay was validated upon arrival. You are all set to exit the lot.
