This lot is located on the lower level on Lower E. North Water and Lower St. Clair. The easiest way to get here is by taking Illinois St east until you reach N. McClurg Ct (just past New St). Take a right on McClurg, and then another right when you reach Lower E North Water. Take Lower E North Water until you pass the intersection of Lower E North Water and St. Clair. It'll be just past the intersection and on the left.
