You will be towed if parked in any other spot or over the lines. 1 reservation includes parking for only 1 vehicle and you must register the plate of this vehicle or you will be towed. You can update it in the app. Redemption: 1. Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. 2. When returning and retrieving your vehicle use the barcode to enter the main lobby. Go past the front desk and through the door on the right to enter the garage. 3. To drive out of the garage please follow exit signs posted inside the garage. Press the button to open the garage door. Please Note : This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
