How To Redeem
• The parker will receive the confirmation email including to parking date, time and the scan bar code once the reservation was completed online.
• On the arrival day, the parker will need to stop at the hotel front desk to fill up the parking form (it will be displayed on your car dashboard).
• Drive your car to the garage and scan the barcode at the entrance. If you get to the garage later than the time your reservation was made. Please proceed by taking a ticket from the ticket machine.
• When you return to pick up your car. You can scan the barcode to leave the garage.
• If you have the ticket from the kiosk upon the entrance, you can scan the ticket first and then scan the barcode right after. The machine will show you the remaining balance. Please pay to exist garage
• If you entrance or exit to garage on the different time that you schedule to park, you will be paying to extra fee at the exit gate. At the hotel parking rate.
Shuttle Information
Complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport terminals starting from 7 AM to 10.30 PM Mon - Sunday. Every hour, on top of the hour. No shuttle services between 11:00 PM to 7 AM.

They Way app was easy to use and locate nearby parking to an airport. However, it was not very easy to call for the shuttle with the number provided to get to the airport from the hotel. I ended up paying for an uber because no one answered the number after several attempts. It was during the shuttle hours, 1PM EDT. Overall, the Way app saved us a lot of money on airport parking.
