From Baggage Claim, follow the signs for Ground Transportation. Proceed down the escalator, through a small hallway, then back up the escalator. You will then see Hotel Shuttle Pickup.
There is an indoor waiting area; you will be able to see the Hyatt Regency Bloomington hotel shuttle arrive from inside.

Terminal 2:
Go to Ground Transportation - Hotel Shuttle Pick up Area
From Baggage Claim, follow the signs for Ground Transportation. Please exit the building, cross the street, and you'll proceed to the Hotel Shuttle Pickup Area on the other side of the street. There is an indoor waiting area; you will be able to see the Hyatt Regency Bloomington hotel shuttle arrive from inside.
