The check in process for parking was pretty smooth and the parking lot has many spots and they don't share the parking lot with other hotels/buildings which is really good. The shuttle service also runs pretty smoothly and they try to drop you off at the nearest point for your gate. The shuttle service is also on demand pick up if you are returning to this same location. Totally recommend!
On the drop off, I missed the bus by a few minutes. The hotel told me it would be another 30 mins before the next shuttle arrived. I waited 40 mins and still no shuttle. The hotel manager was kind enough to take me to the airport himself. The delay would have been a problem if I hadn't arrived to the airport early. Waited almost 30 mins on the way back to the hotel as well. Consider these times if you are in a rush. Overall the parking was fine for the value.

Parking here was nice and smooth. The employees at the front desk and drivers were nice. The shuttle does take a while I was told it can take up to 40 minutes if the shuttles are full, but I never waited more then 20min going and coming back. Great location and my car was safe!
