I had parked here in June 2018, now I have just booked for August! The front desk clerk and the driver was so sweet and friendly. The older Black gentleman was kind enough to pick me up from the long term parking in the back and I did not have to walk back to wait. When I returned from my trip to Cleveland, I called the front desk to pick me up at the transportation shuttle area. Within 6 minutes, the same gentleman picked me up and he even waited to make sure that my car had started before he left. Now, that's customer service!
