Shuttle Information
Our Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 4am-10pm. Please take a parking ticket at the entrance. You may park in any unreserved parking space. If you are that lucky, you may get free upgrade for preferred parking spaces and you can inquire about this via email. Upon return, don’t forget to show your prepaid parking reservation to our shuttle drivers to receive a parking validation which allows you to exit the parking without additional charge.
Cancellation
Flexible. You can cancel the parking reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time and receive a full refund. Guaranteed money returned, no questions asked! If the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of check-in, a cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted from the total booking amount and the refund will be processed.

My kids were excited by the advertising for the cookie that they saw on the shuttle. When you go to the front desk to get your ticket validated on return you can request complimentary cookies there. :)

We parked here twice and both times we had great experience. This time I actually made a mistake to put in the time 12 hours early so the parking was expired. The ticket doesn't work anymore so we talked to the operator and she just let us out without any hassle. So highly recommend this pace for short term parking!
