Not 24/7. Upon waiting for pick up from the hotel, we were informed that airport drop off trips are made every 30m (the front desk said it used to be every 15m before a change in management) not 24h a day as advertised. So we were already getting a start to the airport later than planned but the comfortable lobby, clean bathrooms, and coffee bar helped make the wait more tolerable. We were given a card with clear instructions on when to call and where to go after landing upon return, which was very helpful. Upon landing, we followed the instruction and ended up waiting 45m to pick up in feels like 33⁰F weather. The driver was VERY apologetic, citing communication issues with new staff. He has worked doing the job for 10y so I trust that it was a growing pain with new staff, we have all been there. I may give them one more chance but it was difficult seeing other hotels and companies pass by multiple times while we were still waiting in the cold to for our ride with no more than an apology. And we nearly missed the closing time to pick up our pooch. The driver was nice enough to drop us at our vehicle, which helped considering the cold weather and rain.

REMENBER TO CALL RECEPTION TO SCHEDULE A SHUTLE TO PICK YOU UP FROM THE AIRPORT BWI. SHUTLE WILL NOT GO TO THE AIRPORT IF YOU DONT SCHEDULE FIRST. BESIDE THAT EVERYTHING IS OK.

The parking price was good but the driver was so unfriendly like it pays to say Good Morning ask about your flight or when he pulls the step stool out for certain people…..terrible interaction
