Set your GPS for 13190 Parcher Avenue, Herndon, Virginia for Dulles Airport Parking by Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, select your parking space and a member of our Shuttle Team will pick you up at our ground level departure area.

Parking Guests arriving between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM must call 703-471-6700 to request shuttle pick-up from the garage.

GUESTS ARRIVING TO PARK BETWEEN 7 AM AND 11 PM Set your GPS for 13190 Parcher Avenue, Herndon, Virginia for Dulles Airport Parking by Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, select your parking space and a member of our Shuttle Team will pick you up at our ground level departure area. PLEASE ALLOW 1-HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT TO ALLOW FOR TICKETING, PARKING AND SHUTTLE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT.

GUESTS ARRIVING TO PARK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11 PM AND 7 AM please check in at the Front Desk of Crowne Plaza 2200 Centerville Road, Herndon, VA to receive your parking tickets. You will be directed to our parking garage and given an expected time for the shuttle to arrive and pick you up for your trip to Dulles Airport. PLEASE ALLOW 1-HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT TO ALLOW FOR TICKETING, PARKING AND SHUTTLE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT.

• 75% covered parking

• Shuttle Service to Dulles Airport is from 6 AM to Midnight.

• Shuttle Service departs parking facility to IAD XX:00 and XX:30

• When arriving proceed directly to our 13190 Parcher Avenue Garage where you will be greeted by the Crowne Plaza Parking Attendant / Shuttle Driver to prepare for your trip to Dulles Airport.

• PLEASE DISPLAY YOUR WAY.COM PARKING RESERVATION ON YOUR DASH SO IT IS VISIBLE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF YOUR RESERVATION SECURE A TICKET FROM THE ATTENDANT AND DISPLAY IT ON YOUR DASH.

• FOR RETURNS, PLEASE CALL US AT 703-471-6700 TO BE ADVISED AS TO THE NEXT ARRIVAL TIME AT DULLES AIRPORT AND MEET THE SHUTTLE OUTSIDE OF BAGGAGE CLAIM, DOOR # 6 AT SHUTTLE STOP 2-G (2-GEORGE).

• SHUTTLE PICK-UP TO BE AT APPROXIMATELY 00:15 AND 00:45. ONCE YOU HAVE CALLED AND BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE NEXT PICKUP TIME, PLEASE ENSURE ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY ARE PRESENT AND READY TO RETURN TO OUR PARKING FACILITY ON PARCHER AVENUE.
