The parking attendant was really nice and helpful, and the bus drivers were also very nice. Coming home, the bus driver dropped me off AT my car so we didn’t have to walk with all of our luggage. The parking lot was clean and gated, I felt no concerns for my vehicle being there (outside of potential natural elements since it’s uncovered). As for way.com, whom i booked through, I was happy to have my reservation upgraded (at no extra cost to me) to the doubletree after my original choice was full.
