Shuttles drop-offs to the airport are on a fixed schedule of once per hour on the top of every hour. Shuttles pick-ups from the airport are on an on-call basis. I called to confirm my reservation. The hotel desk person said that their shuttle left for the airport on the hour, which was helpful. Check-in went smoothly. The driver mentioned where to pick-up the shuttle upon my return. When I arrived at the pick-up area and phoned the hotel, I received a text indicating a 25 minute wait. This wait-time was accurate. The cost to park my car was $100 for 7 days of parking. This was my first time using Way and there were no problems from start to finish.

The front desk provided good customer service. This is my first time using this parking lot. Check in was easy. I reached the lot two hours prior to my flight schedule. It took me 15 minutes for the formalities to be completed and get on the shuttle. Airport transfer was quick and efficient.

Last week Reserved Hampton Inn through way.com because I got discount coupons. We arrived early and parking was super easy. The check in was over in less than 10 minutes. A shuttle was ready to go by that time and we were in the airport in 15 minutes. Return pick up arrived 15 minutes after our call and our car was safe when we returned for the pick up.
