How to Redeem
Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the hotel front desk and present their reservation confirmation to register their vehicle. After registration, you will receive a physical parking permit/tag, which must be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard. Staff will then direct you to a designated parking space. Please park only in marked, legal parking spaces and do not park in restricted areas, including red zones.

Boarding at the Lot: Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the hotel front desk located at 326 S Airport Blvd to register their vehicle and present their reservation confirmation. You will receive a physical parking permit/tag, which must be displayed on your dashboard at all times. Staff will provide shuttle boarding instructions and direct you to a designated parking space. Please park only in legal, designated parking spaces and do not park in restricted areas, including red zones. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas or without completing registration may be subject to towing or citations, and the facility is not responsible for any associated fees. Boarding at the Airport: Upon your return, proceed to the Departures Level (2nd Floor) and follow the signs for "Hotel Shuttles" to board the shuttle back to the hotel.
