The pick up location for the shuttle is in front of the hotel entrance. The shuttle will display a digital signage with the words "Sonesta LAX". It stops every 15-20 minutes with no set schedule. It is available 24 hours a day. The pick up location at the airport will be in the upper level for Departures. At every terminal, there is red signage that reads "hotel shuttle pick up" with a list of the hotels in the area.
