Please be aware that trucks, vans, and large SUVs are considered super oversize and are subject to additional fees on site. The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.

Ran into a little issue with my parking reservation when I arrived, but a quick call to way.com sorted everything out.
Last time I used this lot, I accidentally left my sunglasses in my car. I realized it only after I was halfway to the theater. In a bit of a panic, I called the lot directly. The valet quickly retrieved my sunglasses and kept them ready while I returned back.Helpful!!
A great spot if you�re visiting any of the downtown attractions. I parked here for an event at Tribeca Rooftop and it was so convenient. Just a short walk from Foley Square and Collect Pond Park too, which is great for a quick city stroll.
