Enter this location at 279 E 65th St. This is the Eastside 65 Parking LLC Garage, operated by Icon Parking. It is located on the north/left-hand side of E 65th St. (an eastbound one-way street) between 3rd Ave. and 2nd Ave. Look for the Icon '24 hr. Parking' sign above the garage entrance.
Parking Instructions
This facility does not accept luxury and/or exotic vehicles. An oversize fee will be charged daily for vehicles between 65" and 75" in height and over 180" in length, or any vehicle taller than 75". The oversized fee will be determined by the garage and paid directly to the facility upon exit. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.

Parking Check-In
Show the parking lot attendant your Way.com order confirmation or order details. The attendant will confirm your details, hand you a ticket, and park your car. Keep your ticket at check-out in order to exit.

Upon returning, show the attendant your Way.com parking order confirmation and parking ticket you received on arrival.

Extra Fee Alert
If the parking facility has deemed your vehicle as an oversized vehicle or if you have parked outside of your booking times, you will be charged an extra fee that must be paid at either check-in or check-out.

Vehicle Return
The parking lot’s valet attendant will retrieve your car for you and then you’ll be free to go!
