Enter this location at 215 W 95th St. This is the Princeton House valet garage, operated by Icon Parking. It is located on the north/left-hand side of W 95th St. (an eastbound one-way street) between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave. The entrance is at the east end of the Princeton House apartment building.
Parking Instructions
Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit. Height restriction: 5' 10" This facility does not accept luxury and/or exotic vehicles. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.
